AT THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING HELD ON 27 OCTOBER 2011:

The payment of school fees is compulsory at Bedfordview Primary
ADOPTED
The school fee for 2012 – R9 100.00, payable either
- In full by 29 February 2012 - less 10% = R8 190.00
- In monthly instalments of:
- R1 500.00 by 31 January 2012
- R 950.00 monthlyfrom February – September 2012 (8 payments)
Should you wish to deviate from the above instalment plan, please put a request in writing to the Bursar.

That the Governing Body is empowered to set criteria for school fee exemptions in accordance with Government legislation.

In the event of any extra-ordinary occurrence during the year, the Governing Body reserves the right to call a special meeting of parents to review the budget.

The Governing Body shall be entitled at its discretion to include in its current and future budget preparation, the payment of remuneration and/or benefits to state employed employees. (Section 38A of the Educational Act 58 of 2001 as amended.)

The School Programme as contemplated by the SASA, comprises the standard Academic and Extra-mural Programmes.

All materials and equipment required by individual learners to participate in the above mentioned programmes do not form part of the programme. This includes, but not limited to, textbooks, stationery, school uniforms, sports uniforms and sports equipment.

Participation in overnight, weekend and holiday tours are on a voluntary basis and do not form part of the programme.

Your 2011 school fees should have been paid in full by 30 September 2011.
